Given the global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that the safety and health of our employees and clients is of utmost importance to us. We are taking appropriate precautions to protect our employees and clients, while continuing to serve our clients.
 
Actions we have taken so far include the following:
  • We have proactively reviewed our business continuity and pandemic response plans and we do not anticipate any scenario that would impede our ability to service our clients. Employees in critical functions are able to utilize secure digital technologies to work remotely if needed to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service to our clients.
  • We have taken steps to help reduce the potential passing of any contagious germs within our offices, including the placement of hand sanitizers in public areas, increased focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and restricting public access to restrooms.
  • Employees are reminded about the importance of frequent handwashing and of not coming to work if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
  • Our leadership team is closely monitoring the most current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and state and local authorities to ensure we are acting on the latest information.
